Try some snails.

Or go to this restaurant. It's pretty famous in Paris, Tour de Argent.

I would go on a Foie gras and cheese eating spree if I were in Paris

Doesn't cheese make Asians blow up?  :p

Foie gras is yikes, the concept I mean. If I were in Paris I'd eat, uh, chicken thighs. Yeah. And I'd hang out at Montmartre all day.

I'm not sure if my egg was young or old because I didn't see the duck and the inside is hard like rubber.

Just had a nice salad buffet with some stewed vegetables at work. Finally a dish that doesn't center on meat. -sigh Rucola salad is a wonderful thing.

I'm preparing Ca Ri Ga for dinner.  Chopped up a whole chicken and marinated it with minced garlic, shallot, lemongrass, red chilli pepper, fish sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper and of course curry powder.  My secret is I also add a tiny sprinkle of ground star anise and cinnamon.

I'm fixing to grill some steak for my 2 days after 4th of July celebration.

I'll do it like Gordon Ramsay.

Gordon Ramsay moves around like he just sorted a pound of cocaine.

Grilling pork loin country style ribs. It did not turn into chicken this time because I used regular propane gas, not rocket fuel.

Don't we all move like that in the kitchen?

Well, at work at least. Guess his work has been his life for most of his life though, so...

Today we'll have some Beef Wellington with Yorkshire Pudding, Onion Gravy and steamed carrots.

Hope the filet turns out well enough to be worth the price tag. 26€ for ~750g! Never paid this much for food before. I should get around to do some traditional German dishes, but the ones I know are all soups or heavy in meat/sausage, and I don't always want to have meat or soup on my table.

Sounds amazing.  I've always wanted to try all these British dishes.  I've only had fish and chips.
