I found the most prettiest vietnamese girl

The runner up of Miss Vietnam in 1990.

Her looks caught me straight away. Her eyes, her face. This is the first I've ever felt like this.

Her name is Trẩn Vân Anh, from HCM city.

She has the ideal hourglass body and is quite tall for a woman.
Her height: 1.70m/170cm/5'7
Body Measurements: 90/60/60 (cm) or 36–24–36

This is who she lost to:

Nguyễn Diệu Hoa from Hanoi

Like why? She is 1m58 or 5'2 and a chinqy looking face.

Apparently, Trần Vân Anh was the lover of Trịnh Công Sơn, a famous musician. This guy also had a lot of other love affairs with women, even when he was old he had a lot of relationships with young women. He wanted to marry her ASAP but things didn't turn out so well. He was 31 years her senior.

She decided to live a private life after the pageant. Not much is known about her, this mysteriousness and vagueness of her also piques my interest.

What do you think happened to her?

I have some old VNCH era pinups and porno mags produced in Saigon in the late 1960s and early 1970s.  There was a German publisher that continued to print these after the war since they probably had a surplus of photos.  Most of the girls are natural looking and pretty in their own ways but you can see a lot of diversity in their faces.  Vietnamese women are interesting, as I have met full blown sun-basked Micronesian types to yurt living flat faced Turkic types.  Also, there is the impression that most Vietnamese females are flat chested until I mopeded into a town in the North with beauties literally kept afloat while bathing in a lake with their busty mellons.

If you like visual arts from Vietnam, I recommend checking out those communist propaganda clips from Northern Vietnam in the 1950s and 1960s. Some very decent camera works and the girls are always stunning.

I think the winner is prettier.

Beauty pageants in VN are predetermined already. I recall one beauty pageant where they parade 1000 contestants around the stage waving their number and all they focus on is the girl that's supposed to win.

I think the VCP wanted someone that can promote whiteness with a love for poetry.
