Wow, its pretty cool how they made it like that.  Was it good?

I think they leave the meat cold before grilling it. So the outside is seared while the inside is still cold and raw. It tastes tender and chewy, less flavor from the grilled meat.  I guess it tastes like sashimi.

I wonder what Gordon Ramsay might say about it?

Bo la lot in a hamburger bun.  Tried a little ingenuity but tastewise not that good.

I thought it was gonna taste like crap when I ordered it, but it actually tasted very good.  I think it's the sauce the seem to make it salty and meaty.  I think it's oyster sauce or something.

Yeah, that's Duy Sandwich right around the corner from my house.  They have pretty good vegetarian dishes with imitation meat.

Here's a Bun Bo Hue dish with imitation pork thighs and blood cake.

I usually go there to contemplate because it's a Buddhist place where a lot of monks go to have excursions from their rigid religious dogmas. I stare out the window and look at a pebble on the table to contemplate the complexity of life and the peacefulness within.

My cousin made wild boar curry.  It was delicious.  The most delicious curry dish I've ever eaten.  It made me a happy man even though she enslaved me to build her fence.

The skin was tender, not much fat but flavorful.  It was muy excellente.
