Feeling nauseous is a sign of food poisoning

I thought that too like I might be dying but then it turned out it was nothing? I think I just ate too much. You can feel nauseous from overeating. I think it's like the body telling you "no more food or I'll throw up motherfugger"

You better look at all the Asian shietz you´ve been eaten all these years if you think smoked salmon is worse.  These are my snacks on the go not gourmet foods to enjoy with solid sterling silverware and Études d'exécution Transcendante.


I like smoked salmon and cured meat, but I thought you were into carcinogen-free gluten-free sugar-free bpa-free msg-free gmo-free all-natural organic vegan food.

By the way, Pacific salmon is 200% better than Atlantic salmon. Pacific salmon are all wild, whereas Atlantic are farm-raised and genetically modified.

Still, I did try Atlantic gmo farm-raised smoked salmon lox in New York. Here it is, they sure like to put globs of cream cheese:

For snacks it just depends what I feel like having
Like it can be anything from grapes to seaweed to chocolate or whatever
I don't stuff loads of snacks in my mouth I eat small quantities in moderation. Like yesterday I ate too much spicy pork and onions and later I felt a bit nauseous. Burp.

For breakfast, I always have cornflakes.  So with some milk and blueberries you can easily feed morning hunger.  For lunch, I always have some smoked salmon and honey cured ham with me.  You can then wrap this around baby carrots, avocado, celery, grapes, broccoli for a quick snack.  I stock up on canned tuna, mackerel and salmon.  They are low fat and go well by the can or with crispbreads and small vegies. Of course, the easiest hot meal at home are made with your favorite soup powder.  I have soup powder of every type imaginable so I just take out some frozen chicken strips (already thinly sliced) and some onions and carrots and voila dinner is served.

I just realize, I have nothing to eat in a pinch. I used to have a small can of fish, spam, salted cucumber/radish. Now since I'm trying to be healthy nothing I can't eat that don't require a serious cooking job.
