You may sell $100 a day
But you have to buy the ingredients to sell $100 sandwiches a day

Income does not equal profit

So even if the sandwich costs $1
The bread, meat, salad, cooking costs, operation costs, prep work etc is going to be costly.

Vietnamese are working in factories because it's more comfortable. You sit down in air conditioned room indoors rather than standing around a cart outdoors.

Let's say a sandwich street food vendor sells 100 sandwiches a day for a profit of $1 per sandwich.  She will make $100/day or $36,500/year.

$36,500/year?  What the hell is Vietnamese people working in factories for an income of $3000 GDP for?
