When I visit Vietnam, I get quite shocked at how indifferent and insensitive most Vietnamese people are to those less fortunate than them.  I guess it is part of the culture.  There are many things I can criticize about Western culture but the associated emotional quotient is higher than cultures in Asian countries.

Overseas Viet should return to Vietnam to learn rice farming and listen to bolero music, so that they can develop peace of mind.  They could introduce other technology that they've learned from the West, like beer making.

I know a bunch of top UK and US university graduates who came from Vietnam.  Guess what all of them decided to do after graduation?  Hint: they get jobs paid with dollars.

People like the idiot above is the reason why VN isn't benefiting from overseas Viet as China had gained from its overseas Chinese. There isn't sufficient quality Viet Kieu's to have anything to contribute. A lot of low-life beta men like him go back. They should bar them from entry.

95% of all Vietnamese students abroad are financed by their family, from private family funds.  The government doesn´t send many students abroad with scholarships, and if they do, these students get the scholarships out of political connections rather than merits.  While all the Hoa Chinese are refugees, not all Vietnamese are.  There are those who get automatic citizenship from US government assisted resettlement programs during the war due to valuable service to uncle sam.

Viet kieu are not welcomed in Vietnam? You are just an ignorant internet Chinese fob who knows nothing about Vietnam´s current politics.  The government is actively wooing Vietnamese Americans to come back home, especially the second generation.  They have revised numerous laws to facilitate small business investment and property ownership for Viet Kieu.  There is just too much money to be made from these dumb sheeps who think Vietnam is a good place to do business.  I visit Vietnam for the lolz and wominz because I enjoy using my money to oppress all the 2nd generation Viet Cong males who are dirt poor and females who long for the Viet Kieus´ high life.  They might have won the war but they clearly lost the peace.

Vietnam has plenty of talent already so doesn't need to reimport Viet Kieus.

They send tons of students abroad to study with the hopes that they will bring back technical knowledge

I think those refugees who fled aren't all that welcome because they're seen as political traitors who supported the enemy? But I don't know what the Vietnamese gov official stance or policy is.

I mean due to work schedule, it would be like a summer tour of 3 months in Vietnam each year doing nothing but procreate with 21 years old virgins from Hanoi to Hue to Saigon for say 20 years.  Each time three women together, 30 minutes break, then take a motorbike tour to the next village?  The goal should be 10 women a day.
