Funny that I took similar photos of plants when I was in California.

The green/pink leaf plant I photographed are not native to California, rather they were part of a special exhibition of Madagascar at the California Academy of Science :) ~ Do know the name of the plant you photographed? Really like the way the light beams off the leaves, casting a pink tint. Fun stuff. Looks powdery.

I used to have that green pink plant.  They sold it in the nurseries around here.

I don't know the name of the plant I photographed.  It's some kind of fern.  It doesn't look impressive from far away.  But when you zoomed closer it has that amazing glow.

Does it emit a fragrance? Kind of reminds me of those tiny little leaves sometimes used in commercial bouquets. Powdery, citrus scent.

I don't think I smelled any fragrance.  It does look like those leaves they used in potpourri.  I just hope that the fragrance is from mold.
