All of her customers arrive via boats as well..
Simplicity is the norm in many parts of the world, and it's meant to be!
Where are those trains and skyscrapers, you ask? Well, there aren't any because if there are, life would've been too stressful..because all souls need experiences in its evolution. Once the art of life is mastered here then move on to places like the metropolis of Tokyo or NYC for example, where paces of life are really fast and hectic..

Doesn’t look fun at all. Looks like you could fall over any minute. I prefer eating in a nice big kitchen.

It's like street vending but she does it from a boat. 
Like children that you see selling lottery tickets, they'll go to where people are.
It's 50cents for a bowl hu tieu ..not bad at all!
