Pure democracy cannot exist with free speech, as not everyone is educated.   Dumb people and the delirious will input their voices too.  There has to be a screen to filter out the top echelon.

When you have reason and discussion you have conflict of ideas, which means everyone wants to be the leader.  There can be only one leader.

If some said something is not supported or factual. Then you said it was unsupported or lack of evidence. If they said something that is not true, then show them why it is not.

Until you understand their reasons, how do you know they're dumb or derelious?

How cruel it is to label people or get angry at them. They are humans, they make mistakes, and they just want what is best for themselves. If it is wrong what they think is best, then you must show them why.

If you do not have time, then simply ignore them.

Aboce all, you must love and respect your fellow men, whose fate's bring you together. And you must do so with all your heart. Without tolerance, love,  and mutual respect, what distinguished men from beasts?

I would take back the dumb part and replace it with unconcerned, which would place democracy at a peril.  Facts and reasons are not of particular importance if you are talking about cultural practices and popular sentiments.

What kind of facts or reasons are in this kind of exchange when a reporter comes out to ask for public opinion:

-  What do you think about the presidential race?
-  I dunno.
-  Are you Democrat or Republican?
-  Which one will give me more money?
-  Do you know who is the president of the US?
-  That guy that received the BJ?

In a democracy you have to take in every person's input.  I'm not sure that that input is.

Vietnam should definitely aspire to be a democracy as soon as possible.  When that fails, Vietnam can always go back to become a communist state like the poor, corrupt shythole that it is now.  Let me give you guys an analogy.  I am a poor peasant living on the sidewalk of Detroit for the past 40 + years.  I decided to ask myself this bold question: Should I stop selling weed and try to find a stable job? I answered myself, nah, I am not capable of becoming rich.  No point in trying at all.

^ Gosh. You are such an ignoramus.

Canibus is a multi billion dollar industry. The reason why you are a poor weed seller is because you are a mule. Do you know what a mule is? A mule is basically a third party supplier used by drug lords to transport narcotic. Think of those illegals smuggling cocaine across the US Mexico border, or street gang.

You should stop selling weed for the cartel and Mexican mafia.  Stop being a mule. Okay?  To become a wealthy weed seller, you must grow your own. What you need to do is grow it inside your house or rental warehouses. Form your own gang of trusted family members. Hire Vietnamese immigrant with limited English to trim, maintain, and harvest. If done right, and you survived. Then finally  you will reap riches.

Medicinal cannabis will be a multi-billion dollar industry after legalization for all States either this October or post election.  We're not talking just buds and edibles.  The industry is expanding towards thc/cbd infused beverages, sleeping aids and cosmetics.  I'm a simple gardener who loves green and experimentations.

Seeing how most cannabis nowadays are high in thc but contain very low cbd levels, I took upon the challenge and cross bred to bring back more thc/cbd balanced strains.  There are some Vietnamese owned dispensaries whom are thriving, and I'm glad to have them as my business comrades.

I love the idea of expansion and compounding, so I'll take a portion of the profit and pummel that in an startup pot stock company, because it's easier and more enjoyable to make money from my own money than by working.
