Hey runners! The weather has been pretty wonky as of late. UVs are stronger under overcast/misty weather than clear, obvious sunshine. Are you hydrating and protecting your skin adequately? The recommended minimum is 15 SPF (30 avg). I'm not a big fan of traditional sunscreen. Heavy formula, funny smell, and residue aren't exactly what I want in a long wear product. Two awesome products I've found to 1) do their job, 2) nourish to my skin, and 3) not irritate are by Kiehl's and Dr. Jart+. Both a bit on the pricy side. $30-$45 a piece but since I'm only using them during prolong outdoor exposure, so I preserve a lot of product, switching to a lighter formula for everyday wear.
