i bet there are some safe Made in Vietnam products worth trying.  If you look at some mainstream brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, they got a bunch of stuff made in China.  Sephora sells a lot of products Made in China as well.  Bare Minerals is a bit nicer as most of their stuff is Made in USA.  I don´t know why girls don´t read the labels before buying these products.  A high end brand that sources from China ceases to be high end to me.  Even lesser known Japanese brands are more trustworthy.

I think if it’s an American mainstream company, I might try it because there is a quality control process. I thought you meant products made by a vnmese company.

Like I said when it is a prestigious company moving production to China or Vietnam they have certainly lost some of the original prestige.

For things that affect my health directly, I will never buy anything made in China or Vietnam until they establish a well earned reputation.

One surprising aspect of the skincare scene is the rise of Made in USA.  Just like the surprising rise of the California wine industry.  They competed directly against the Europeans and won.  Some of the best men skin care products are now all made in USA instead of France or Switzerland.

I heard that fish oil is good for your skin.  Maybe Vietnam has that fish technology to turn fish sauce into fish oil.  I would prefer the red boat brand.
