eat to sooth your tummy

in recent years, my tummy is more sensitive to all sorts of food.

most of the time, can't drink alcohol, soda, and even tea. I get bloated and with alcohol, cramps and bloating with soda, bloated and dizzy on even decaff tea.

can't eat too much dairy either.

I love cheese and sour cream but eliminate them today as well from the Mexican food they served at work today.

my stomach feels much better and the cheese is so fattening.

What I can drink: juice, herbal tea, water. that's about it. boring as hell. once in a while I give in and have  a mixed drink but it depends.

I think you need to purge yourself of all extraneous materials in your body to remove all taste sensations in order to remove all cravings of your body.  That way you can feel clean and start anew.  One way is to drink a lot of water and flush your system out.  Or you can do a colon clean.

After the colon clean, you can introduce good food that you are sensitive to little by little.  Not too much or else you will be bloated.  Some alcohol is good for you.  You should develop a taste for it so that you can go on a drinking binge.
