Economy: China vs Japan vs Korea vs India
« on: April 24, 2019, 03:59:28 AM »

Japan reached its GDP per capita peak at around 48,600 $ in 2012. But in 2018 their number dropped down to 39,306 $. Since the 2000s, Japan's number has often fluctuated between 35k and 38k $.

S.Korea has been rising since 1973. In 2018, its GDP per capita was 31,346 $

China's GDP per capita started to grow at a faster pace since 1994. Last year their number was 9,608 $.

Japan urban population will keep growing at very low rate and will probably hit its peak percentage at around 92 to 93 % in the near future.

The peak percentage of S.Korea urban population has been around 81% since 2004.

China still has alot of room to improve their urban population percentage.

Oh ho ho ho, the Japanese market rises!  More Chinese goods to sell to the Japanese and turn a profit.  *Rubs hands gleefully

India is a joke.  Plants based diet is inferior to meat-based diet when it comes making money.

Is that meat consumption?

Wouldn't the difference in meat consumption habits be offset by whatever other high protein sources found in plants like beans and things like milk or cheese?

I don't think the Indian meat consumption has much to do with a low growth economy.  It mostly has to do with their culture of "not having to try too hard".  I'm pretty sure Siberians eat meat only but it's not like their economy is going to get anywhere, for specifically different reasons.

Vietnamese are Buddhists but don´t live by Buddhist teachings.  Greed is in their blood and they will get rich eventually.  Greedy meat consumption is against the Buddhist way of life.  Japan is closer to a true Buddhist Confederacy.

I think we can make a compromise, how about lab grown meat from cloned cells? It's not a conscious full animal being slaughtered and that's a legal way to eat meat for Buddhists. There problem solved and Buddhists dont get to kill something.

damn, we should make you ambassador of the Confederate Republic of Buddhist States to the Philippines.  Your mind is clearly traversing nation-empire computational thinking.
