This guy and his wife are Khmer in Southern Vietnam (at least thats whom they identify as)

Distinct Austroasiatic eyeshade
Khmer

vs
Muong

This guy named Thanh Hoang is from Tien Giang, Southwest of Vietnam also has this distinct Austroasiatic eyeshade (probably due Khmer admixture)

The guy speaking French from 5:31 to 6:07 has Austroasiatic eyeshape as well

Khmer

vs
Muong

They are a cute couple.  I think she is pretty, exotic looking, not like the typical NEA women people like to post.  Those NEA/EA looking phenotype women had never won any Miss Universe or Miss World, their look is not exotic or unique enough. Hence, that is why Miss Thailand and Miss Philippines always win. Only EA countries think those pale skin women are the most beautiful.

Also, why Miss Vietnam 2019 was finally able to make it to the top 5.  They finally picked someone to participate in the pageant that had more of a unique beauty.

This guy from Lao Cai has some Austroasiatic features (but still he looks closer to what people perceive as a typical Vietnamese than Khac Viet)

In comparision to Khac Viet

The word exotic is overused. It makes me think of someone whose look can't even fulfil the normal standards of beauty.

Cham people

Central Vietnamese (from Da Nang) with possible Cham ancestry

Former mayor of Da Nang - Nguyen Ba Thanh

Another former mayor of Da Nang - Van Huu Chien

Vice president of Da Nang People's Council - Nguyen Nho Trung

Former minister of Transport - Truong Quang Nghia

Hai Van pass seems to be the starting point where the phenotypes of South Vietnam population diverge from North Vietnam population.

So Austronesian look= is big wide nose, and big eyes, tanned skin?
What about Austroasiatic?
So most Vietnamese looks Austroasiatic to you? or Austroasiatic mixed with Austronesian?

Also, Cung Le always looked foreign to me.  I met him before and if he wasn't famous and I didn't know that he is Vietnamese, I would think he was Cambodian or Malaysian.

Cham is diverse and they are Austroasiatic + Austronesian but as a whole they are more Austroasiatic leaning. Pure Austroasiatic eyeshape would look different.

The guy in the middle is Cham

More Austroasiatic (Cham or Vietic) influenced phenotypes

Cham influenced

Nguyen Sinh Hung from Nghe An - former speaker of the Senate

Vietic influenced

Tran Van Tuan from Hai Duong - former ministry of Home Affairs

Lam river seems to be the starting point where you can find Cham influenced phenotype

Nay Hà Tĩnh Nghệ An vẫn còn những vùng nói tiếng Việt nhưng âm sắc và từ vựng là gốc gác thực chất là tiếng Chàm.

Now Ha Tinh Nghe An has some Vietnamese-speaking areas but with the tone and vocabulary being derived from Cham language.

You have Cham ancestry. I can tell it from a pic you posted somewhere. You have a distinct wide nose especially when smiling for a photo.

Ok..so according to some on here Vietnamese in the South have wide nose because of Cham's ancestry, but I see many Northerners with a much wider nose than me.

Example:

And although my grandma has a wide nose, it is nowhere near that chick or other people posted on here level.

So the question is, where do many Northerners get their wide nose from?

<-- From Vietic / Muong folks mostly
or Austronesian from South China.

But it seems like you just want to make every Vietnamese from all 3 regions: North, Central and South to be the same genetically and dismiss genetic contribution from the natives of Central and South Vietnam. I'll get into the look of the natives in North Vietnam later but for sure, the sudsinid or daic look is not native to anywhere south of Lam river (southern Nghe An).

Please post Daic, Sudsinid look.
Overall Vietnamese from all regions look similar to me. Nobody can distinguish what regions Vietnamese are from unless they speak in their accents or tell you otherwise. However, if most Vietnamese walk into a Pho restaurant waiters will speak to them in Vietnamese because they look Viet. I had only heard people tell others you look Vietnamese, not Northern, Southern, or Central Vietnamese -shrug.  Also, in the U.S you have some Bac Ky 54 thst lost their Northern accent, and you won't even know they are Northerner unless they tell you.
Also, genetics doesn't necessary determine your phenotypes. Some of the people you posted can very well be D/C haplotypes.

He is supposed to be from An Giang per your previous post.
