WOuld you make a real bun rieu?

This looks like authentic bun rieu.  The process is kind of tedious but the final product looks good.  And I bet that is the best bun rieu ever made.

I use sea crabs not the freshwater dirty ones used in Vietnam.  Also if you guys ever have discarded king crab legs that nobody want,  you can use that to enrich the broth.

I bet crawfish heads will make good bun rieu.  It has the fatty stuff from the head and the muddy stuff from the body, so it will taste exactly like bun rieu.

Now I know the Chinese own the SCS.  The Vietnamese were busy catching the little cute coastal crabs while China was trying to get all the pokemon on the more distant shores of islands sprawled over the SCS area.
