I don’t know what it looks s but most Mexicans and even some Vietnamese people have this detestable soap smell.  I can’t stand it.

I know what you meant. Was next to a person at the gym who smelled like a chicken fryer.

It´s not soap but rather cheap cologne.  Nearly all Hispanics love cologne, it´s part of their Latin culture.  However, they will not buy decent quality brands and always wear too much citrus scents procured from such classy purveyors such as Ross and Walmart.  The olfactory aura that these people radiate is one of janitorial cleanliness.  The Middle Easterners also have a similar problem but their stuff is much more powerful as it is mainly oil based instead of alcohol based.  If Nautica and Calvin Klein perfumery divisions go out of business, I think half of the Hispanic gentlemanly class would commit suicide.

I think it's industrial dish washing detergent from washing dishes at a restaurant.
