The IT-BPO sector in the Philippines is the largest in the world and had eclipsed India lately.

https://business.inquirer.net/3559/metro-manila-on-top-of-bpo-world-expert-says

The industry is composed of eight sub-sectors, namely, knowledge process outsourcing and back offices, animation, call centers, software development, game development, engineering design, and medical transcription.

While other ASEAN Nations are focused on manufacturing and agriculture, the Philippines has moved on to knowledge and skills dependent industries like the ones mentioned.

This resulted in Manila set to becoming the city with the rank of third when it comes to total office space market next to Tokyo and Beijing and eclipsing the city of Shanghai by the end of the year.

I don't personally play a lot of online games but I can see with the rise of online gaming with google stadia.  A lot of server based support would be needed and with 5G speeds it doesn't matter if it is located across the street from where you live or in Manilla.
No mystery to "made in China 2025", we are just destined to be top, that's how strong we are

Maybe Vietnam can be a IT-BPO Node for Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, HK, Mongolia and China?

High Genotypic IQ plus fluency in Chinese and a common Sinitic culture.

We have been preparing for that. Companies in the Philippines like Smart Telecommunications and Globe has set up 5G ready data centers around the country since 2018. When worldwide upgrading standardizes by 2020. We are already ready. High Network Speeds may make localization unecessary but Cost Benefit ratios would still locate alot of gaming's background infastructure to Manila, infrastructure such as software engineering, sales, advertising, data analytics and costumer support will continue to locate in the Philippines simply because we have it cheaper with higher quality (You get more Pesos with your Dollar while local cost of living is more affordable than in Western countries this translating to lesser wages needed for employers to dole out for higher quality since Filipinos are harder workers than Westerners), thus as in the first generation when why IT-BPO became a rising sun industry in the Philippines, is that due to telecommunication, knowledge and skills based operations were outsourced to cheaper Philippines precisely because of advances in IT, 5G will only accelerate the IT-BPO sector in the Philippines, not retard it. Still, China and Vietnam continues to have leads in manufacturing though. Which we don't mind at all, as per our government plans, we don't have any intention to mine our metals reserves, clear our forests or fish out our seas, we will preserve our environment as our consumer remittance and outsourcing driven economy allows for environmental conservation while China pollutes herself to be the world's factory.

You are talking about potential.  Vietnamese are too resistant to IQ optimization efforts and they need to learn proper English first before they bother with Chinese.  Also, learning Chinese requires years of watching Chinese dramas which tend to lower one´s working IQ so I suggest staying away from Chinese culture until Vietnamese phenotypic IQ has been maxed out to genotypic level.
