I can´t imagine any country wants the Philippines as an ally.  Also, if your ally is weak and delusional it maybe even become a liability.

If not a single Asian country respects the Philippines then why am I seeing so many Indian Medical Students studying here, Koreans learning English and Chinese working for POGOs?

Indians migrate to the Philippines for Medical degrees.

Koreans study English in the Philippines.

Chinese workers migrate in droves to work for POGOs in the Philippines.

If not Asian country respects us why are so many Asians studying or migrating here?

Yesh, I agree that our president is a Flip Flopping Yoyo when it comes to foreign policy but a country is more than just her chief executive, sovereignty rests on the people.

I know about the massive influx of Chinese workers to PI but they are taking advantage of your country, thereby showing their apparent disrespect for it.  As for the other stuff about Koreans and Indians, I don´t have enough information.  Filipinos are "liked" but not respected.  There is a big difference.  I am saying this from interacting with many Filipinos online and IRL.

Well South Koreans are as allies since we sent batallions to fight North Korea during the Korean war, if South Vietnam won the Vietnam war Vietnam would respect us too. We also have pretty close ties with Taiwan since they're democratic and against Communist China but we have very strained relations with Malaysia though since we have territorial disputes. However, they all look down on us since we are richer than only Asians who look up to Filipinos would probably be Indians since they migrate here in droves because we have higher quality of life and they are trying to learn from our successful IT-BPO industry to try to improve theirs'. Also, East Timor because we are both Catholic and we send many missionaries there.

As for the massive Chinese migration, we can just deport them at the next election cycle when the current pro-China president ends his term.
