I have foretold events before.  Like when we were riding in a car and all of a sudden I mentioned 'Is Marvin Gaye dead?'  Then 5 minutes later they played Marvin Gaye on the radio.  Then my friends did some kind of an evil hand sign towards me like I'm the devil.

I predicted a few years ago that veganism will not only one day be mainstream but a new norm.  Looks like it's heading that direction.

@CognacXO What do you think?

Wise man once said, "Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change."

That's because thought is also a frequency, and it can affect change through resonance!

When Isaac Newton was asked how he discovered the law of gravity. He replied, "By thinking about it all the time.” (Thought manifesting a solution into reality.)

Quote
A famous zen story relates how the teacher Nanyue helped student Mazu learn the true meaning of zen. Seeing the young man in mediation Nanyue asked:

“What are you doing here?”
“Sitting in meditation.”
“Why are you sitting in meditation?”
“To become a Buddha.”
“How can you become a Buddha by sitting in meditation?”

This caused the young man to ignore the annoyingly inquisitive Nanyue. While Mazu was busily ignoring him, the older man picked up a brick and began rubbing it on the stone floor. The young man continued to ignore him and meditate, and this scene repeated for several days until Mazu asked,

“What are you doing here every day?”
“Polishing the brick.”
“Why?”
“To turn it into a mirror.”
“How can you turn the brick into a mirror?”
“If a brick can’t turn into a mirror by polishing, how can meditating make you a Buddha?”

This shocked the young man into the realization that the old man was not out of his mind but a master there to enlighten him. Asking the old man what he should do, Nanyue replied:

“If you are driving a cart and it doesn’t go forward, should you whip the cart or whip the ox?”

The non sequitur from brick polishing to ox whipping is classic zen story. The irony is that the is lesson is about giving up all preconceived notions of zen practice in order to see its true essence and achieve enlightenment.

The most important food for Asians is rice. It calms and balances you like no other food can!

Asians need to transition away from rice.  Rice lacks protein, fiber and nutrients.

Richer Asians have grown less dependence on rice.

Per capita consumption has fallen about 60 percent in Hong Kong since 1961, and by almost half in Japan. In South Korea, it has slid 41 percent since 1978, FAO data showed.

Alongside that the consumption of fish, meat, dairy, fruits and vegetables has risen significantly.

Rice will still be the single most important crop in the region, key in diets and a symbol of Asian culture, but it will not be as dominant in coming years as new foods are snapped up, said David Dawe, a senior economist at the FAO in Bangkok.

“It is the future for Asia - well-nourished people who can perform better. You cannot get that by filling up on rice; you need more fish, meat, fruits and vegetables,” he said.
