China, the birthplace of all things pseudoscience.   It is clearly not knife therapy as they put a towel between the knife´s edge to increase contact area, thereby exerting the same pressure on the body as those soft Thai hands at my local massage parlor.  The reason pseudoscience flourished in China for thousands of years (as claimed to be the longevity of Chinese knife therapy in the video) is due to the low IQ of the Chinese population.  You can't even convince a high school drop out in Chicago to believe tiger testicles cure testicular cancer but this is a common belief in China.

The Taiwanese didn't go through the cultural revolution, so they have many cool ancient relics to show!

Most are religious.

Quote
Religions: mixture of Buddhist and Taoist 93 percent, Christian 4.5 percent, other 2.5 percent. In the early 2000s, of Taiwan’s 12.7 million temple, church, and mosque members, 42.9 percent were Buddhists, 35.6 percent were adherents of Daoism (Taoism), 6.6 percent were believers in I-kuan Tao (Yiguan Dao, Religion of One Unity, a modern syncretic faith), 4.7 percent were Protestants, and 2.3 percent were Roman Catholics.

Eva Air even got a Hello Kitty theme.
