The country with the most fluent English speakers in Asia is probably Korea.

It's taught early in primary school so children don't speak with an accent.

Quote
50 percent of Koreans under the age of forty said they could understand basic English according to a poll, and 10 percent said they were fluent.

Some Korean are quite pretty btw.

I've heard that Chinese, Koreans and Japanese don't speak very good English because of they have to learn the Latin alphabet.

Koreans invested tons of money so their kids can speak better English but still barely better than Vietnamese.  Those HK Chinese are not even that impressive given 150 years plus of British colonialism. Damn commies making our people so backward when we have proven to be exceptional in almost every way.

Accent is important.

This Korean girl can speak like a native.
