The Atlantic Philanthropies

"In those days, Da Nang General Hospital had next to nothing.  Today, that facility has been completely rebuilt by EMWF with funding from AP and treats over 2,000 patients a day. Its capacity has grown from 800 to 1,250 beds. In addition, three more hospitals have been added to the health system in Da Nang: The Eye Hospital with 400 beds, the Woman and Children’s Hospital with 600 beds and the 500 bed Oncology Hospital.
Dr. Tran Ngoc Thanh, the hospital director of the last 14 years, recently remarked, “Da Nang General Hospital’s capacity today is a dream come true for the Vietnamese people.  Without the input of AP and EMWF it would have taken 30 years to be where we are now.  Mr. Chuck Feeney has been the savior of our people and we will never forget that, and we always make a point of expressing our gratitude in meetings with other officials."

Good read.  Some of the most generous people I've know are white.  I hope Da Nang General Hospital will one day have the same sentiment as the renowned Cedars-Sinai.  Who wants to support VN future by informing Da Nang General Hospital of something called Healight?  What is Healight?  It's a breakout out tech device that will eliminate pneumonia and other viral diseases.  As such, it is also an effective way to treat CV-19.

Pneumonia is the single largest cause of death in children worldwide. Every year, it kills an estimated 1.4 million children under the age of five years, accounting for 18% of all deaths of children under five years old worldwide.

A country's future depends on its youth, and VN isn't an exception.

How come we don’t hear about pneumonia death statistics?

And the COVID death statistics mostly combined with pneumonia and flu.

Hopefully this couple will serve as examples for wealthy vnmese people to follow.

I wish overseas Vietnamese who are willing to help would have more organization to focus in more concrete things that could continuously help the people instead of free handouts.  Build schools or hospitals, and provide free classes or medical care.

What good does it do to give out free meals each day?  They will continue to be poor.  You will be swamped with endless mouths to feed.
