in my entire life, I have never had bad experience with cops.  I even had one drove me home when I crashed my Kawasaki.  Obviously, this couple invited trouble when they played loud music in an inn.  Come on, these are places where prostitutes meet the Johns for a UFC tumble in San Jose.  If you don´t have a lot of money, then rent a trailer for one day to hit a recreational park or reserve nearby that allows overnight stay.  The patrols actually depend on your money for a job so they are much nicer.  A boat costs a bit more but is well worth it for the privacy and no cops nosing around to check near the waters.

With these asshole cops, I am always generous with sirs and give them whatever they asked for.  It´s always the same BS, IDs and what you are up to.  I mean seriously these questions/demands are no big deal at all.  I always include a joke to make them feel at ease and thank them for just doing their job.  There are many places in the world where you have to travel with a passport on you at all times and the authorities are out to steal from you rather than just doing their job responding to general complaints.

this systemic racism is a fiction. Blacks now enjoy more popularity than ever. Black people are considered "cool". Rap dominates the music scene. If you are blacks and earn decent grades in schools, you get scholarships thrown at you up the ying yang. You don't need to even search for them. Even the chi-com over here complain about school quotas, affirmative continue to be in practice in all institutions schools and work places. Take a look at any gov agency and you can see the effect of affirmative action staffing.

You can't say police have to fight you with equal force. ie if you don't have a gun in your hand, then they can't use gun. BS. When you fight, you fight to win. Majority of Gucci products are made in China with a rubber stamp "made in italy" for all these hip hop fools to buy.  Italy even recently changed their laws to lower threshold for valued added work for a product to be considered made in Italy.  Then the Chinese complied with their own false papers on value.  A $400 Gucci T shirt costs the Chinese 85 cents to make which they then export to Italy claiming it costs only 1 cent.  The Italians then claimed it costs them $20 to make when they in reality only sew the "made in Italy" tag onto it using Chinese living in Italy labor.  Ever wonder how many Italian brands have a vast array of products on offer, anything from sneakers to key chains, when supply chain and even manufacturing outposts in Italy are non-existent or have closed down years ago?  Even the pride of italy, the textile industry, has been basically wiped out, yet you see numerous clothes and textiles STILL have Made in Italy tags.  Italian journalists even reported that while all the factories are closed, the online sites still have tons of products on offer with Made in Italy claims when former employees reported that they have all been laid off. My conjecture is that less than 5% of all the products that claimed Made in Italy origin are actually sourced from Italy.  Even Made in Italy spaghetti is made in North Africa.  What a corrupt and dishonest country.
