I'm going to get a flat top grill and cook Japanese steak for the entire family this Christmas.  I'm going to charge $100/person.  I will set the grill in front of a table and family members will sit around so that I can perform.

Don’t get cheap. You can’t do any trick with that tiny thing.

Probably 5 years ago or so, but the best kobe steaks I've had were from Ruth's Chris steakhouse.

That teppatani chef only used one small spot on the grill top to heat, so I don't think you need a giant size grill.

I think I'm going with this outdoor grill.
