Interesting, let see how he will do that.  zero is not achievable. Jut cut down the current number by half is still a huge leap.

Well..they were considering banning all motorbikes.  So if there are no one on the streets that would mean zero deaths.

Except when people start to use oxes to pull carts on the streets then an ox might charge a pedestrian and kills him then that would probably be considered traffic death.

All the predictions the communist regime has made in the past years has not come true. They said Vietnam would be a industrialized nation in 2020. Failed. They said several times the Saigon and Hanoi metro would be done in 2018-19-20 and none of them are operational. They said last year Vietnam will reach the same economy as S.Korea by 2050. Ain't gonna happen. The best we can get with the current developement is a slightly better Philippines. So these bozo needs to take super reality check and stop taking the funds from overseas into their pockets. They can start by doing that.
